2. Add your trusted family members, friends, even security guards as your "Personal Responders" within the app.
3. In an emergency situation, trigger the "Panic Alert" feature in the app.
4. Instantly, your Personal Responders and our 24/7 Professional Monitoring support will receive an alert with your precise location and battery percentage.
5. Within 30 seconds, our Monitoring agent will call you to assess the nature of your emergency.
6. With your consent, your case will be transferred to PEHL 911, providing them with your live location and battery details.
7. PEHL 911 team will promptly coordinate with the nearest authorities based on your location to provide the necessary assistance.
8. Simultaneously, your Personal Responders can also contact or locate you using the information provided.
9. Help will arrive to ensure your safety and to get you out of the situation
